Resumen:
Powdered milk is the product obtained by dehydration of whole milk, skim or low-fat and unfit for human consumption, through appropriate technological processes. In Argentina, and in addition to the Código Alimentario Argentino (CAA), was enacted Law 25.459. This law regulates the distribution of whole milk powder fortified with minerals and vitamins, Iron (as ferrous sulphate), Zinc (as acetate or sulfate), and Ascorbic Acid.
